Innovative Solutions in Chemistry S.L., is an organization committed to achieving and maintaining the quality of its services and productsin the pursuit of customer satisfaction and technical competence, through the implementation of good professional practices that include compliance with applicable technical requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, without neglecting the customers’ own.
To this end, the organization has implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17034 standards, firmly supported by top management. Within the framework of this policy, ISC-Science’s top management has communicated to the organization’s personnel the importance of complying with technical, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those requested by the customer, and has designated a management representative responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
In the belief that the resources allocated to the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system are an investment and not an expense, ISC-Science’s top management is committed to providing the organization with the necessary resources for its proper development and maintenance.
In addition, as far as the production of reference materials is concerned, ISC-Science’s top management is committed to:
- Comply with the requirements of the international standard UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17034.
- Carry out all measurements and calibrations according to the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard.
- Familiarize all personnel involved in the quality of any aspect of reference material production activities with the quality of the documentation and require the implementation of the policies and procedures in their work.
- To ensure impartiality in our activities.
- To guarantee the confidentiality of the information to which ISC-Science may have access as a consequence of the relationship with our clients and the performance of our activity.
ISC-Science understands that its greatest asset is its personnel and therefore implements actions to have properly trained and qualified personnel with the necessary experience to guarantee the quality of the service provided and the product produced. To this end, it promotes communication between the different hierarchical levels, as well as interaction between the different work areas, creating multidisciplinary work teams.
